How do I track my order?
You can track your order through your Gymshark account or the link in your shipping confirmation email—just note that tracking may take up to 72 hours to show updates. If your tracking hasn't updated, it usually refreshes every 24–48 hours, but delays can happen; only contact support if it's been 10+ working days (or 14+ days for PR, HI, USVI, Guam, APO/FPO).
What is the return policy?
You can return items bought from gymshark.com or the Gymshark app as long as they're unworn, in original condition, and not excluded (no returns on underwear, swimwear, bottles, personalised items, or US/Canada final-sale items). Holiday purchases made between Nov 1, 2025–Jan 1, 2026 can be returned until Jan 31, 2026; everything else has a 30-day window.
How do I check restocks?
Restocks aren't always announced, but you can sign up for “Back in Stock” alerts on the product page. If you don't see the notification bell, that item/size isn't planned to restock.
